RETURN & EXCHANGES

Returns

We hope you are in love with your purchase. If you are not satisfied you can return full priced product to us in clothing or accessories. We do not accept returns on Fine Art. Returns must be made within a maximum of ten (10) days of receiving the product. Please note that returns will be automatically deducted from the charge back. 

Please proceed to return the item(s) in its original packaging. Email customercare@shopquintero.com and your return label will be sent to you with in 24 - 48 hours. Please include your name and order number in the subject of the email. 

You will be refunded to your original form of payment, less the return shipping, within a maximum of fourteen (14) days of receipt of your cancellation notice or returned clothing or accessories by our in house team. 

All returned items should be sent in their original packaging, in perfect condition, unused, sealed and accompanied by all documents provided with them at the time of delivery.

Any personalized, revised or altered products, or any products returned damaged, used, unsealed, incomplete or soiled, may not be refunded.If your return does not comply with the above terms and conditions, QUINTERO LLC will be unable to reimburse you for the cost of the product(s).

All discounted and sale items are final sale and are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.

Exchanges 

There’s no cost to exchange your purchase in the continental US. If you wish to try another style, simply return it for a store credit refund and purchase the new item separately.
